Fix a blank “FanBar Settings” window appearing after clicking the menu bar icon — On recent macOS releases, an empty placeholder settings window opened at launch and came forward with the menu panel. The placeholder no longer appears, and reopening FanBar while it runs or pressing ⌘, opens the real settings window
